**Returns Policy** At Three Threaded Knot, we want to ensure a smooth and transparent returns process for our valued customers. Please note that we accept returns exclusively for ready-to-ship physical merchandise that has been clearly indicated as returnable in the product descriptions. If you wish to return an item, it must be sent back within 5 business days, in addition to any reasonable shipping time required for the return. Each return must include a tracking number for your convenience. Before you send the item, it is essential to initiate the return process with Three Threaded Knot. This step guarantees that we are prepared to receive the returned item and can process it accordingly. We ask that all returned be in the same condition as when they were shipped to you, which means they should be new, unworn, unused. Additionally, items must be free from any damages, including but not limited to smoke damage, physical damages, or any biological contaminants from humans or animals. Please be aware that any items returned outside of the initiated return process or beyond the specified timeframe will unfortunately be rejected. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain the quality and integrity of our products. Three Threaded Knot will not offer any shipping back to the business and will solely be the responsibilty of the client/customer.
Refunds will be initiated within 2 business days of receipt of item return if item is within specified timeframe and conditions. Refunds will come in the form of a credit to your account and not to the original payment form. Refunds will not include Taxes and shipping paid as those are conditional fees paid to outside agencies/shipping facility and cannot be refunded from such.
**Exchanges**
Three Threaded Knot accepts exchanges for the same item in a different size only within the terms stated above for returns. Exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the client/customer.
